with thanksgiving three days away, it's only natural for our home to be in shambles.

saturday morning, the cat and dog joined forces to throw john over the edge. the cat was playing with john's contact lens case and knocked it on the bathroom floor. then, oliver found the case and proceeded to eat it. yes, he ate the contact lens case. and then...he ate one of john's contacts.

does anyone want a beagle?

and, what monday would be complete without an accident, of sorts? i fell face first onto the garage floor this morning. apparently, there are more steps than i realized going from the kitchen to the garage. and now, my left knee is all sorts of messed up.

just think, this is just the start of our week!
