what a weekend.

the second of the "meet the parents". it went really well. it seems as though all of the parents got along famously. yesterday at lunch, my dad was yapping at ed and barbara was yapping at ruthanne and i looked at john and said, "wow. look at the in-laws go." neither of us could get a word in.

did anyone else watch the grammys? first of all, it's kind of weird to see john mayer WIN a grammy when a little over a year ago he was opening for OAR. he seemed really humble when he accepted his award. it was actually refreshing to see for a change. of course, john was a little bitter about mayer winning since he HATES him. oh, well. his loss! :)
