in wedding news...

my dad has become the wedding dictator. we got a couple rooms at the hotel with a "friends & family" discount. this rate is HALF of what the wedding party rate is, and offered to us because my dad's next door neighbor is the gm of the place. anyway. last night, my dad told me about said discount. he also told me that HIS side of the family will be offered those rooms, first. and THEN he'll offer them to my mom and john's parents. he's such a jerk sometimes. needless to say, i got really upset with him and called him the wedding dictator. he was PISSED off. but seriously. ANY parents regardless of what side they are on should be offered those rooms, first.
